Wondering what your piriformis is? It’s a small muscle in your buttocks behind your gluteus maximus (not a Roman general).
Your piriformis can become inflamed from injury, overuse through too much exercise such as walking, or tightening or swelling. It’s a pain in the bum. Literally.

This fifteen-minute fix aims to stretch the area around your piriformis and improve your range of motion.
Sleeping Swan 3 minutes each side
A nice stretch for your gluteus muscles and inner thighs to relieve tightness,. Maybe stretch out in Downward Dog for a while when you come out?
Deer pose 3 minutes each side
If you’ve been sitting for too long, then Deer pose is an excellent stretch for your lower back, gluteus muscles, hips and quads. Lie on a bolster to really enjoy being in the pose.
